Graham is Relèven’s founder and CEO. For the past 20 years, he has specialized in working with closed churches, including as a Priest in the Anglican Church in England and Canada. He is a regular speaker and author in areas of urbanism, social finance, heritage, adaptive re-use of churches and social purpose real estate. Graham has studied at the University of Western Ontario, St Mellitus College (Cambridge University / Ridley Hall), the London School of Economics, Asbury Theological Seminary and the Saïd Business School at Oxford University.

Cory leads Relèven’s Real Estate practice and manages relationships with our national broker network. He brings over a decade of experience as a licensed Real Estate professional and experienced local heritage property developer. Cory has received the Waterloo Region Newcomer Landlord Award (Large Landlord Award Category) and Award of Excellence from the Waterloo Regional Heritage Foundation for heritage advocacy and preservation. 

 
 
 
 
 

DAVE HARDER

Dave works with parish churches reimagining a sustainable mission, neighbourhood engagement and long term financial sustainability. Dave has over 20 years of church planting, pastoral and executive leadership experience in the religious nonprofit arena. He loves his city, Ottawa, and can be found curating conversations at local coffee shops, scheming new social initiatives that seek human flourishing or engaging the deeper spiritual longings of his neighbours.

Natasa works as both operations manager as well as overseeing the rental and facility management for multiple church sites. More specifically she works with the church of St Matthews Kitchener and manages their rental operations. Natasa is also an entrepreneur, developer and urbanist based in the Hespeler Village community of Cambridge, ON. Her passion for urban renewal developed with the purchase and restoration of neglected heritage buildings throughout her downtown. Her property development work was awarded an Award of Excellence in 2016 from the Waterloo Regional Heritage Foundation. Alongside her property work Natasa volunteers with the Hespeler BIA and local Farmers Market.

Peter Hendershot is a dedicated real estate professional who currently holds the key leadership position of Broker of Record. His professional location is Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge, Ontario, where he is associated with the Releven Real Estate Brokerage Foundation.

In his role as Broker of Record, Peter is responsible for overseeing the entire brokerage's operations, ensuring adherence to all industry regulations, and providing leadership to his team of real estate agents. He utilizes his industry expertise to successfully guide the brokerage and serve clients within the local Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge market.

Shafin Jadavji, CA, CPA, CBV, is a non-voting visitor who founded and is Broker of Record at Cubecom Full Service Realty, helping clients solve unique and complex real estate challenges with the help of his diverse and talented team.  Shafin’s work within the GTA’s non-profit real sector has prepared him to engage the governance complexities of Relèven’s work in this area.

Ernest Ng, MCIP, RPP, serves as Director at the Relèven Real Estate Brokerage Foundation. He is an urban planner and real estate finance professional, having served in both municipal and large institutional investment organizations, such as, QuadReal Property Group, Canadian Apartments Properties REIT (CAPREIT), York Region, City of Markham and more. Ernest brings a passion for local community development along with his belief that communities of faith can make a substantial contribution to challenges such as housing and community resilience.
